statement of Faith

The following is a summary of the school's statement of faith.  This is the doctrine that we believe and teach in our educational ministries.  Our teaching is thoroughly biblical, but nondenominational in our Christian education ministry because we believe that Christians of all churches need a Christian education.

  • We believe that mankind was created by the direct act of God and that mankind was created perfect and innocent, but fell willingly into sin with the result that all people are born with a sinful nature and must be born again to be saved.

  • We believe that Lord Jesus Christ is eternally existent as the second person of the triune God, is begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, is fully God and fully man, and that He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died a substitutionary and atoning death for mankind's sin, was bodily resurrected for man's justification, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return personally in power and glory.

  • We believe that a sinner can be saved only by God's loving grace and that faith alone in Christ alone is the basis for salvation.

  • We believe that faith and repentance cannot be separated and that when a man turns to God he must by necessity turn from self and sin.

  • We believe the Holy Spirit fully baptizes every believer into the Body of Christ at the moment of salvation and indwells them as His temple.

  • We believe the Holy Spirit enables believers for godly living and service, produces the fruit of the Spirit, and teaches and convinces them of Biblical truth.

  • We believe that every born again person should demonstrate salvation by professing faith and being baptized, which serves as a picture of the believer's identification with Christ.

  • We believe that every saved person should be a member of and regularly attend a Bible-believing, gospel-preaching local church.

  • We believe both the saved and the lost shall be raised; the lost raised to eternal separation from God in the Lake of Fire; the saved raised to eternal life with God
